Ciurzynski Consulting has been established to provide project consulting, advocacy and owner representation for our clients contemplating building and renovation projects. While budget and schedule are important for every project, through analysis and experience we identify issues that place budget and schedule at risk.
As an owner’s representative, we act as your advocate, advising and representing you from the earliest stages of the project, starting with pre-planning and conceptual design, through the final design, permitting, pre-construction, bidding, and construction.

Growing up in the construction industry, David quickly learned the value of hard work and the satisfaction of a job well done. Now, over four decades later, David has further built upon his passion for the construction process and customer service.

As a Dale Carnegie Trainer, David does his best to live up to the organization’s mission of providing better, richer, and more fulfilling relationships. As an owner’s representative, David strives to put the client first, providing the information they need most to make the best decisions for their business—even if that means recommending not doing a construction project at all.
“I had a potential client that was advised to construct a building three times the size he needed. After doing a value analysis of the project, I advised that such an investment may not be worth the return. We decided buying and renovating an existing building fit his needs better. While he never became a full-fledged client, but our long-lasting relationship is worth much more.”
