Challenge: Making Informed Decisions

As my first customer, Graham Corporation originally enlisted my services to help perform a feasibility study that evaluated their offices and production areas for their Navy contracts. Working with the owner and providing them with accurate data to make an informed decision, it was decided that the foremost issue was to create a space where they could have their support and engineering team working in one location.

Solution: Smart Decisions

After developing the program, subsequent costs, and gaining board approval, we began the second phase of the project to renovate the existing Navy office space as well as 6,000 square feet of adjacent warehouse space. The result is a modern industrial office space featuring team collaboration areas and generous workstations with sit-stand desks.
