Having long-standing relationships with both Rochester Regional Health and GLOW YMCA, Cuirzynski Consulting was contracted to provide budget control and program management for their new Healthy Living Campus. This including working with designers and engineers on estimates, including active adjustments as changes in design and constructability arose. Throughout this process we established strong working relationships with all stakeholders, allowing for open communication that helped prevent surprises, such as a need for a redesign, that could add time and cost to the project. These strong relationships also allowed us to present relevant, real-time information to decision-makers allowing work to be done that much more efficiently and effectively throughout the whole process.
